The views of all companies with operations in India is very much in line with what Supam and Subrat have shared. Although I disagree with Supam on one account. The government of India is spending millions of dollars in developing eLearning content and solutions for hundreds of thousands of schools across the country. There's a huge spending in the K-12 segment and one small example is the AXOM Sarba Siksha Abhijan Mission which probably had a budget of USD 10 million+. Albeit K-12.
